You train in small groups of 4-6 people, but your workout is customized to YOU. Your coach knows your goals, watches your form, and adjusts your weights and exercises. It’s personal training with the energy of a group—and costs a fraction of 1-on-1.
Programs range from $1,199 to $1,999 for the full 12 weeks—depending on how much coaching you want. That works out to roughly $14-24 per session. We’ll help you choose the right tier during your free consultation.
Here’s what we believe: give you an easy way to start and a reason to stay. Nobody walked into our program for 12 weeks and left—they stayed years longer and got years stronger. Pay as you go. Stop when you want. We hope you call us fitness home for a long time, but we’re not going to make things complicated.
Absolutely. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Every exercise is modified to YOUR ability—that’s the whole point of having a coach. You’ll never be asked to do something your body isn’t ready for.
That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. We’ll talk about your goals, your schedule, your budget, and your fitness history—then recommend the tier that makes the most sense. No pressure.
